Holiday Arts & Crafts Marketplace!

We want to thank all the people who participated in the Arts & Crafts Marketplace, hosted by the Toronto New Life Wellness Place on Saturday, December 2. It was an amazing event, full of talent and good vibes. Special thanks to the vendors, volunteers, and visitors for participating in this fantastic event. Join the Workplace Communication in Canada Course on in February 2018

This is a combined course (online and in-class), delivered by Ryerson University’s Chang School of Continuing Education in partnership with the Mennonite New Life Centre, for newcomer professionals who wish to succeed in the Canadian workplace. The WCC program consists of four courses designed to help internationally trained professionals (IEP) develop the intercultural

communication and “soft” skills required to succeed in the Canadian workplace.

  • Effective Oral Communication
  • Advanced Customer Focused Applications 
  • Effective Persuasion and Public Speaking
  • Teamwork and Organizational Behaviour

Community Impact Award 2017 – Mirna Chacin

On November 14th, Venezuelan-born visual artist and professional photographer Mirna Chacin received the Community Impact Award 2017 during the Citizenship and Inclusion celebration. Congrats Mirna!


Celebrating Milestones!

LINC Classes: 25 years 

LINC staff and students recently celebrated the 25th anniversary of the LINC Program in Canada. The LINC Program at MNLCT would not have been so successful without our lovely students. Thanks to all of those who have been part of the program during this 25 years: students, instructors and staff. Well done!

Office Hours during the Holidays

Our offices will be closed from Saturday, December 23rd until January 1st. We will re-open our doors on Tuesday, January 2nd for regular hours.
