We are hosting a weekly online mental health support group focusing on how you can manage your emotions during stressful times.
The group will inform, share information and exercises which can help you handle trauma and stress during the adaptation period.
The group starts on September 21 (from 5-6pm) and will be held every Thursday for five sessions via Zoom.
Available to adults (20+ years old) with a CUAET visa
