Turning my self-doubt into creative action: Swatee’s Story

The journey of my business, Inner Outer Grooming (IOG) in Canada began when I came here with the dream to make my business available globally. Inner Outer Grooming (IOG) allows people to share unique solutions externally while maintaining their individual uniqueness.

The idea got its first push in 2023. I approached MNLCT by chance to get help on another front.

But then I became very inspired to learn how MNLCT enables entrepreneurs to turn their dreams into reality.”

By joining the Entrepreneurial Excellence and Leadership (EXL) program, I was able to understand all the necessary details that needed to be taken into account to understand the Canadian culture.

We talked a lot about cultural emphasis, social media presence, content creation, elevator pitch, etc. to use the opportunities that MNLCT provided in their EXL program. I benefited greatly from communicating with EXL. MNLCT also helped me adapt to a new country as a newcomer.

The EXL program allowed my IOG business to officially register in Canada as a sole proprietorship. I was then helped to tailor the program with Canadian cultural understanding – to motivate Canadian audiences to start their Self-Growth Journey with realistic direction and goals that bring satisfaction and expansion to our lifestyle.

EXL program helped me understand how to create a website (under construction). It allowed a team of 15 to use their talents and uniqueness to express themselves with confidence. Clients showed tremendous growth in less than 100 hours of sessions, which greatly helped them in the mental, emotional, physical, career and social expansion and grounding. It was needed to have contentment and healthy life Inside-Out.

In short, MNLCT and its EXL program gave me the opportunity to follow my dream and make it a reality by turning self-doubt into creative action.

The grant will be an asset to set up a base and space for content creation and holistic service to the community.

We are sharing an update on the technical issues MNLC is experiencing.

When the issue was first identified, it appeared to be a technical disruption with one of our systems. Through further investigation, we confirmed that the technical issue was the result of a malicious cybersecurity incident.

Since then, we have been working closely with external cybersecurity experts to understand what happened, contain the incident, and secure our systems.

Based on what we know so far, we have not found evidence that clients’ personal information has been accessed. Our investigation is ongoing, and we are continuing to assess the full scope. If we determine that anyone’s personal information has been affected, we will contact those individuals directly.

We know this disruption has made it harder to reach us, and we are sorry for the frustration and concern this may have caused—especially for the newcomers, refugees, and others in our community who rely on our services. We understand that privacy, safety, and access to support are especially important, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Our phone and email systems remain temporarily unavailable as we take the necessary steps to restore them safely. In the meantime, you can continue to reach us at the temporary emails listed below for urgent matters, or visit us in person.
