For teens between 13 and 15: Learn about your emotions

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a FREE virtual weekly workshop for teenagers called “Emotions: The key to unlocking social connections and well-being”! 😀

There will be four sessions of this workshop, starting from Wednesday, July 17. It will be held from 5 to 6 PM online via Zoom. Teens from the ages 13 to 15 are welcome to join us to learn how they can unlock social connections and well-being.

You can now reach us through our new program emails below:

Our office hours remain the same: You can drop in at our Keele location (2737 Keele St, units 9, 111, 112, North York) or Finch location (1122 Finch Ave West, Unit 1, North York):

  • Settlement staff are available onsite at 2737 Keele St Units 111 & 112 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday to Fridays to answer questions and provide guidance. Wi-fi is now available.
  • Community Health Services are available at 1122 Finch W Unit 1 on Wednesdays from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. The HAP clinic is closed for the summer but our Health Navigator can provide guidance in accessing health services.
  • Mental Health and BREM staff are available by appointment only.
