Our Health for All Partnership (HAP) Clinic reopens on January 20

🌿 Starting next Tuesday, January 20th, our Health for All Partnership (HAP) Clinic (@hapclinic) is re-opening!

In collaboration with Humber Polytechnic’s Bachelor of Science Nursing Program, we are providing FREE and confidential care along with health education for everyone.

 

No OHIP card is required!

🙌 🗓 Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays

🕒 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM

📍 1122 Finch Ave West, Unit 23

 

🌟 What we offer:

âś… Health check-ups

âś… Referral to other health care providers and specialists, if required

✅ Nurse Practitioner – onsite specific days (call for availability)

âś… Health education sessions

âś… Health teaching on living with a chronic condition, such as diabetes or high blood pressure

âś… Pregnancy tests and mother baby health teaching

âś… Wound assessment and wound care

âś… Non-urgent health concerns

âś… Nutrition education and assistance accessing healthy food
