Attention: Our Community Health Services will be closed from March 4-6 and will resume again on March 11.
Our Community Health Services are FREE! No OHIP card needed!
Our services include:
- Health check-ups
- Referral to other health care providers and specialists, if required
- Health education sessions
You can visit us for:
- Health teaching on living with a chronic condition, such as diabetes or high blood pressure
- Pregnancy tests and mother baby health teaching
- Wound assessment and wound care
- Non-urgent health concerns
- Nutrition education and assistance accessing healthy food
- And more!
