Our HAP clinic will be closed for winter break on March 3-5, 2026. We will resume again on March 10, 2026.

Please note: Tuesday, January 20, 2026: Clinic open for service.

Appointments and walk-ins are accepted.

Dear community,

As we move into the summer season, the HAP Clinic will be taking a seasonal pause. We are incredibly grateful to Humber College nursing students and the HAP Clinic team for their ongoing collaboration and commitment to supporting our community.

During this time, access to health-related supports will continue through MNLC. Our team remains available to help connect you with the resources and care you may need.

We look forward to reconnecting and welcoming you back in the coming season. Wishing everyone a safe, healthy, and restful summer.

Our services include:

  • Health check-ups
  • Referral to other health care providers and specialists, if required
  • Health education sessions

  • Health teaching on living with a chronic condition, such as diabetes or high blood pressure
  • Pregnancy tests and mother baby health teaching
  • Wound assessment and wound care
  • Non-urgent health concerns
  • Nutrition education and assistance accessing healthy food

We are located close to the intersection of Finch Avenue West and Alness Street.

  • From Finch West Station: Take the #36 Finch West bus and get off at the stop after Chesswood Dr., we are right behind the #1120 building

    If driving: Please enter at the West entrance, the 1st driveway (before the A&W)

  • From Finch East Station: Take the #36 Finch West Bus, get off at the stop after Alness St. We are right behind the #1120 building

    If driving: Please enter at the West entrance, the 2nd driveway (after the A&W)

Canadian Centre for Refugee and Immigrant Health Care (CCRI)

Free health clinic led by nurse practitioners and doctors, serving refugees and persons without status. Call in advance to book an appointment.

Non-Insured Walk-In Clinic (NIWIC)

The Non-Insured Walk-In Clinic (NIWIC) operates on a walk-in basis on Mondays and Thursdays for registration (line up early to get a spot in line). Following registration, you may meet with the doctor in the same day if you are eligible, or you will receive an appointment for your health care needs on a subsequent Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday.

Walk-in clinic for new clients, no appointment required:

    • Mondays & Thursdays: 9:30 AM to 7 PM
      * Midwife services available Thursdays: 12 PM to 7:30 PM

You can use the NIWIC if you:

  • Are a resident of Toronto, and 
  • Do not have a family doctor, and
  • Do not have current coverage under the Ontario Health Insurance Program (OHIP), Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP), or Ontario Temporary Health Program (OTHP) or private health insurance

You cannot use the NIWIC if you are:

  • On vacation
  • A tourist
  • An official visa holder

Or drop in to our Keele location (2737 Keele St, units 9, 111, 112, North York) or Finch location (1122 Finch Ave West, Unit 1, North York) during office hours:

  • Settlement staff are available at our Keele office in Units 111 (Resource Centre) & 112 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday to Friday to answer questions and provide guidance. We do not have wi-fi at this time.
  • LINC in-person classes are running as usual at Keele office and online.
  • HAP is closed for the summer.
  • Community Health Services is able to support at our Finch office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

How we work on Canada Day Week

All our offices will be closed from Monday, June 29th, to Friday, July 3rd inclusive.

LINC, Mental Health, and Bridging programs are available virtually on Monday, June 29, and Tuesday, June 30.

Community Health Services is available virtually on Tuesday, June 30.

We will reopen on Monday, July 6th.
