Topics include:
- Browsing the internet (Chrome, Safari)
- Searching effectively on Google
- Email essentials (Gmail account creation, sending/receiving emails, attachments)
- Basic online safety (strong passwords, phishing awareness)
- Useful apps (Google Maps, translators, weather, transit apps, WhatsApp)
- Filling out online forms (government forms, surveys, registrations)
- Using Zoom and video calls (joining meetings, microphone/camera use)
