Farsi-speaking Women’s Group

In our sessions, we provide a space to:

  • increase well-being and mental health by becoming more self-aware of your body, emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and patterns
  • share your feelings and life experiences and receive emotional and psychoeducational support
  • discuss different topics such as stress management, communication skills, self-confidence, and self-care
  • reduce isolation and increase social networks
  • increase coping skills to meet the challenges of adjusting to a new environment or difficult life situations

Every Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM

  • Online via Zoom


  • Identify as a woman
  • 18 years old or above
