For teens between 13 and 15: Learn about your emotions

Summer 2024

Free Virtual Workshop

  • 4 sessions, every Wednesday
    • Starting from July 17, 2024
  • 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
  • Online via Zoom

We are excited to announce a new workshop designed specifically for teens aged 13 to 15: “Emotions: The Key to Unlocking Social Connections and Well-Being.”

This four-session workshop will delve into the importance of understanding emotions and how they influence our daily lives.

During the workshop, teens will explore their emotions and gain insights into human nature and personal experiences. They’ll learn that emotions are a natural part of life and how emotional awareness can reveal their needs and desires.

Through engaging activities, they’ll practice skills to better understand and manage their emotions.

By the end, each teen will have a personalized “TOOLBOX” of strategies to enhance their well-being and communication skills.

Join us on this journey to emotional resilience and better social connections!
