We are excited to announce that the LIGHTS (Language Instruction Giving Hope to Trauma Survivor) program will resume on January 21, 2025. This FREE supportive language training program includes emotional well-being activities, designed for learners who need extra support.
We aim to:
- Empower participants to manage stress and boost confidence
- Equip you with the language to describe your feelings
- Encourage you to become comfortable in simple conversations
- Prepare you to access further ESL/LINC programs
- Guide you to gain access to technology, community resources, and connections
