Fitness Classes

Location: In-person, Keele office

Join us for these weekly soft-intensity workout classes to promote well-being and a positive mindset. They are suitable for all ages.

The fitness classes will be held in person every Thursday at our Keele office:

  • 2737 Keele St, Unit 112, North York, ON

Also:

  • Bring comfortable clothing and water
  • Necessary equipment will be provided

You can now reach us through our new program emails below:

Our office hours remain the same: You can drop in at our Keele location (2737 Keele St, units 9, 111, 112, North York) or Finch location (1122 Finch Ave West, Unit 1, North York):

  • Settlement staff are available onsite at 2737 Keele St Units 111 & 112 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday to Fridays to answer questions and provide guidance. Wi-fi is now available.
  • Community Health Services are available at 1122 Finch W Unit 1 on Wednesdays from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. The HAP clinic is closed for the summer but our Health Navigator can provide guidance in accessing health services.
  • LINC classes are closed for the summer. Registration will begin in August for the fall semester.
  • Mental Health and BREM staff are available by appointment only.
